Maple-Dex TRADING INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

Maple-Dex TRADING AND ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, SUPPLIERS, PARTNERS AND CONTENT PROVIDERS DO NOT WARRANT THAT: (A) THE SERVICE WILL BE SECURE OR AVAILABLE AT ANY PARTICULAR TIME OR LOCATION; (B) ANY DEFECTS OR ERRORS WILL BE CORRECTED; (C) ANY CONTENT OR SOFTWARE AVAILABLE AT OR THROUGH THE SERVICE IS FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS; OR (D) THE RESULTS OF USING THE SERVICE WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS.

Maple-Dex TRADING MAKES NO GUARANTY OF CONFIDENTIALITY OR PRIVACY OF ANY COMMUNICATION OR INFORMATION TRANSMITTED ON THE SITES OR ANY WEBSITE LINKED TO THE SITES.

Maple-Dex Trading will not be liable for the privacy of email addresses and identification information, disk space, communications, confidential or trade-secret information, or any other Content stored on Maple-Dex Trading equipment, transmitted over networks accessed by the Sites, or otherwise connected with your use of the Service.

All our services are provided after a prepayment. Our minimum subscription period is one month. We also offer 3 and 12-month prepaid subscriptions. Once a subscription is started it cannot be terminated. We cannot provide a refund if you decide not to use the service before your subscription expires.

Refund policy

We do not provide any kind of refund or a compensation if you are not able to access our services for any reason. All our services are provided after a prepayment. Limitation of liability

YOU SPECIFICALLY ACKNOWLEDGE THAT MAPLE-DEX TRADING SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR CONTRIBUTOR SUBMISSIONS OR THE DEFAMATORY, OFFENSIVE, OR ILLEGAL CONDUCT OF ANY THIRD PARTY AND THAT THE RISK OF HARM OR DAMAGE FROM THE FOREGOING RESTS ENTIRELY WITH YOU.

The Site is controlled and offered by Maple-Dex Trading. Maple-Dex makes no representations that the site is appropriate or available for use in other locations. Those who access or use the site from other jurisdictions do so at their own volition and are responsible for compliance with local law.

Indemnification

No waiver by Maple-Dex Trading of any right or term or provision of these TERMS OF USE will be deemed a waiver of any another right, term or provision of these TERMS OF USE at that time or a waiver of that or any other right, term, or provision of these TERMS OF USE at any other time.
